How does RecoverPe send payment reminders?

RecoverPe sends reminders on WhatsApp, SMS, email and AI voice calls. Each reminder carries a secure pay link so the customer can pay by UPI or other online methods.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0 and is meant for trying RecoverPe. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

How much does RecoverPe cost?

Plans are Free (₹0), Starter (₹399/month), Business (₹899/month), Premium (₹1,999/month) and Enterprise (₹49,999/month). Prices are before 18% GST. Yearly billing is cheaper on Starter, Business and Premium.

Where does the customer's payment go?

Payments go to the business. With Smart Collect, payments land in the business's own Razorpay account and are matched to the right customer automatically.

Can RecoverPe make GST invoices?

Yes. Businesses can create GST invoices, track them in the khata and send reminders until they are paid.

Extra usage prices

After the monthly allowance, extra messages come from your wallet: ₹0.20 WhatsApp, ₹0.40 SMS, ₹0.13 email, ₹2 per AI answer. Customer verification is ₹12 + GST each after the included 1,000.

Extra staff seat ₹999/month + GST. Enterprise includes 10 businesses. Each business after that is ₹1,999 + GST a month, billed with your pay-as-you-use charges.

Prices are before 18% GST. Your GST invoice shows RecoverPe's GSTIN, so GST-registered businesses can claim it back.
Run out of messages? Keep going from your wallet: ₹0.20 per extra WhatsApp and ₹0.40 per extra SMS.
Every plan, Free included, starts with a one-time ₹20 (including GST) check to verify your own business.
Customer verification (GSTIN, PAN or bank) is ₹20 including GST on every plan except Enterprise. Enterprise includes 1,000 a month, then ₹12 + GST each.
Fair use: 5,000 WhatsApp and 3,000 daily reminder emails a month. We email you at 80% and again at 100%. After 5,000, WhatsApp continues from your wallet only if "Pay from wallet when my plan runs out" is on; daily email pauses until next month.
Extra business: ₹199 on Starter, ₹399 on Business, ₹799 on Premium, a month + GST. It shares your plan's messages.
