About this video

How to take payments online from your customers in RecoverPe, shown on a demo account: the Pay links & QR page (your business QR, Download standee, Opens / Paid / Amount, New pay link), the customer's QR page (verified badge, English / Hindi / Marathi, quick amounts) and the Customer Portal (Statement of Account, Balance due, GST invoice PDF, ticking some invoices to pay). Payment links and QR codes are on the Free plan too.

What you will learn

• Pay links & QR: your business QR, Download standee, Opens / Paid / Amount for each link, and New pay link.
• The customer's QR page shows a verified badge, English / Hindi / Marathi and quick amounts.
• Customer Portal: the customer sees their Statement of Account, Balance due and GST invoice PDFs, and can tick some invoices to pay.
• Payment links and QR codes are on the Free plan too.

Where to get a customer's portal link

1. Open Customers from the dashboard menu.
2. Tap the customer whose link you want.
3. On the Smart Collect & Auto-Reconciliation card, tap Generate Portal Link at the bottom.
4. You will see "Portal link copied to clipboard." Paste the link into WhatsApp and send it to the customer.

The link is only for that customer and is read-only. Each link works for 7 days; generate a new one after that. The button is there on every plan, even if Razorpay is not connected. Team members need permission to edit entries to generate it.
